Our Story

Grace and Beauty Tea Collection began as a big dream in a small office outside of Chicago. I’ve had the privilege to walk alongside and coach (mentor) many ambitious women from various walks of life; corporate professionals, working moms, entrepreneurs, and career starters. One thing that I continue to say, “It makes no sense for me to help you build your business or grow your career if you are falling apart on the side.”

Realizing your full potential is anchored in an ability to thrive without compromising the things that matter most.

Your well-being, it matters and should not be compromised at the expense of success, dreams, or ambition.

We wear many hats and navigate various levels of responsibility each day. What an honor. If not careful however, we can find ourselves frequently pouring out to the point where we are empty and making compromised one after another. Taking moments to refuel and reset is key to maintaining control over your well-being.
